You Need to Burn 7,000 Calories to Lose a Pound

ExerciseAccording to this article, it’s going to take me twice a long to lose this weight … assuming I ever get to the “diet & exerice” point in my life. (That’s really not likely.)

If you’ve ever calculated how much weight you’ll lose by cutting out a certain number of calories a day, you know the most famous equation in dieting: 1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories. Too bad that equation is wrong.
